I was delighted to present my Rock That Camera session at her Authentic Women’s Day event in 2016, and I’m honoured to do so again next Thursday 9th August, our national Women’s Day. As Mareli shares, “When women support each other, incredible things happen“. I couldn’t agree more. Some of the dynamic ladies featured in the image above also presented their sessions 2 years ago and it’s been wonderful to witness how far each one has travelled since then.

For me, the support and contribution of countless women has been invaluable. Within a week of Mareli’s 2016 event, we filmed a series of interviews with me that were transcribed to form the first draft (57,000 words) of my book Rock That Camera: 7 Steps to boost your visual marketing via brilliant personal branding photos and videos. I’ve since edited the content and converted it into videos for my online courses, which are on track to complete by the end of this month.
I’m profoundly grateful to every person who has given me their blessing to mention them in my content, including special clients and international thought leaders, each of whom provide unique insight and inspiration. The faith to follow through has been fundamental to this project, combined with the passion to help you shine on camera in your photos and videos! In the words of Yves Saint-Laurent, “The most beautiful makeup of a woman is passion. But cosmetics are easier to buy.” I’m all for both 😉 and am so looking forward to celebrating Women’s Day.
